Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right ✨

Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Paper & Art is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
