📦 Processing Time
How long does it take to make my order?
All orders are handmade and take 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed before shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and USPS.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order is handed to the post office, delivery is no longer under my control.

What is the difference between package shipping and First Class Mail?
📦 Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Express Mail (package shipping):
Includes full USPS tracking with regular updates.
✉️ USPS First Class Mail (letter mail):
Includes limited tracking through Pitney Bowes that may not update accurately.
Delivered like regular mail to your mailbox.

Delivery for letter mail typically takes 5–10 business days, but may take up to 2 weeks depending on USPS.
Letter Mail Tracking Status Explained
Because this is letter mail, tracking is limited and may not update accurately.
Pre-Transit:
Totally normal — means USPS did not scan the letter.
It may stay like this for the entire trip.
In Transit / Out for Delivery:
Your order is on the way, but the location shown may not be accurate.
Delivered:
Usually means it reached a USPS sorting center in your city — not necessarily your mailbox yet.
It should arrive shortly after.
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
📮 Wrong Address
I entered the wrong address
Please contact me within 12 hours of purchase to request changes.
After that time, your order may already be processed or shipped and changes may not be possible.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.
📦 Missing or Lost Packages
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please check your tracking first.
If marked delivered:
• Check around your home and mailbox
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local USPS post office
If your package is still missing, contact USPS to open a claim and message me so I can assist you 💗
💧 Sticker Care
Are your stickers waterproof?
No — stickers are water-resistant, not waterproof.
Best for indoor use such as:
• Laptops
• Journals
• Kindles
• Phone cases
• Indoor water bottles (hand wash only)
Not recommended for dishwasher, outdoor use, or cars.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, changes may not be possible if production has started.
